The location of the hotel was perfect for a Christmas vacation, with plenty of opportunities for day hikes to explore nature. The pool was also a highlight, offering a comfortable and clean space to unwind after a long day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that were never repeated.
One major downside was the lack of shower samples provided by the hotel, which can be inconvenient for travelers who don't bring their own. there was an unexpected request for extra payment for bringing bread from the buffet, which left a sour taste in our mouths.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, always there to help with transportation and to answer any questions in English. The location was perfect for day hikes and enjoying the mountain views. The facilities were fantastic including a cozy and clean room, free use of sauna and pool, and delicious breakfasts.
No negative aspects to mention!

The food was exceptional and varied. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rustic style of the hotel was unique and charming. The sauna and pool were free for guests and a great addition. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Bathrobe and flip-flops were provided for the sauna.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by scenic nature, perfect for those who love hiking. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the breakfast served is delicious, and the pool is very impressive, an excellent facility to relax, especially after a long hike.

The views from the room were amazing, and the pool was very refreshing. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Plus, the staff spoke great English and was very helpful with our questions about the area. We also enjoyed the many hiking trails nearby, which made for a great romantic escape.
The lack of privacy in our room as the walls were very thin, and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. the restaurant prices were quite high compared to other options in the area, and the portions were a bit small.
